We offer a 30-day return policy for most unused items in their original packaging. Please note that certain specialty bulbs and clearance items may be final sale.

Are your LED bulbs compatible with traditional dimmers?

Not all LED bulbs are dimmable. Please check the product specifications for the 'Dimmable' label. For the best performance, we recommend using an LED-compatible dimmer switch.

What happens if my bulbs arrive broken?

We take great care in packaging fragile items, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.

How do I know which base size I need for my lamp?
