At BulbAmerica, we strive to ensure your lighting projects shine bright by offering a straightforward return process for items within 30 days of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a quick exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Log into your account or contact our customer support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the bulbs and fixtures in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring they are well-protected to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package to our designated returns warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
